The Cambridge Community Center has many spaces that can be used for community events and programs. We currently rent space to weekly church groups, dance groups, playgroups, basketball leagues, classes, and martial arts. We are also open to one time rentals such as birthday parties and special workshops. As a community center, we try to keep our doors open to the needs of the community.

Cambridge Community Center offers two large rooms for rent. Our full size gymnasium (5500 sq. ft) can easily seat up to 250 people and our smaller Common Room (900 sq. ft.) seats up to 75. We also have three classrooms of varying sizes for smaller groups. For an additional fee, our kitchen and stove can be rented as well.

Restrictions On Use No alcohol can be served or sold at any time without prior permission from the CCC and/or the City of Cambridge. We do not have parking. Parking is residential. Cars parked illegally in the Abundant Life Church parking lot WILL BE TOWED. There are limited metered spots on Western Avenue one block away. We are about a 10 minute walk from the Central Square T-stop on the Red Line.

Hours Of Operation All events must be over by 1am. Large events going past 10pm require a police detail and it is the responsibility of the renter to provide the detail.
Rental Policy Fee for Outside of normal business hours (9am-6pm M-F): additional $15/hr staffing fee. If you are renting for a single date please print, fill out, and return the Single Use Rental Agreement (attached to this listing) with a deposit of 1/2 of the total amount due. The remaining balance is due at least 2 business days prior to event. Any noise or music that can be heard outside of the building must end or be turned down at midnight. All functions must end, and all guests must be out of the building, by 1am. All cleanup must be completed by 2am.
